History

Started in October 1990, we have been successfully trading for nineteen years,  due to a growing turnover we became a Limited Company. We now have fifteen employees based at our new premises in Pool, between Camborne and Redruth in Cornwall.

We have survived two recessions and now refusing to participate in a third, we are confident that the diversification into fire alarms and training have helped to grow and stabilise the business.

As you know in Cornwall it not what you know but who! We have particularly enjoyed and valued the many friends, contacts and relationships made with good customers during the two decades, both in and out of the fire industry.

Along our journey through space and time, we have successfully acquired two smaller companies and attracted and retained over 4000 contracted customers.

Through our repeated investment into quality assurance, staff training and expansion, offering new products and services, we have grown and prospered.

It’s all down to our staff and customers, all our staff are genuinely driven to “look after” our customers, and have repeatedly demonstrated that commitment to go the extra mile.

This has meant we have enjoyed a very low rate of customer change, and that is a good reason the thank all of them :)
